Drink-Zero.com exclusively sells alcohol-free beverages (0.0% ABV).

No age verification is required to purchase or receive our products.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are able to enter a legally binding contract,

  • your purchase is for personal use only,

  • you understand that all beverages are 0.0% alcohol.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped exclusively with FedEx.

Processing Time:
Orders ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Import Responsibility:
All products are shipped from Slovenia (EU).
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery:
No adult signature is required for delivery because all beverages are alcohol-free.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unopened,

  • factory sealed,

  • unused,

  • in original packaging.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices may change at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to be authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
