General Return Policy
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
Unopened
Factory sealed
In original packaging
Unused and in resellable condition
Returns must be authorized by our team before the product is shipped back.

Reason for the return
Photos (if applicable)
Please do not ship anything back without receiving confirmation from us.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened bottles
Used items
Bottles with broken seals
Items damaged after delivery and unrelated to shipping
Items returned without authorization

Damaged Packages Without ShipZero™
If you did not purchase ShipZero™ Protection and your package arrives damaged:
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped.
Once a shipping label is created, the order cannot be cancelled.
