How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by selecting Create Account in the top navigation.
Accounts allow you to view past orders, save addresses, and manage preferences.
Can I change my default shipping address?
Yes. Log into your account → go to Addresses → update or add a new shipping address.
Why am I not receiving the password reset email?
Check your spam or promotions folder.

How can I delete my account?
Email us at info@drink-zero.com from the email associated with your account.
We will delete your profile and all associated data according to privacy regulations.

Log into your account → go to Account Details → update your email.

How can I subscribe to your newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of any page on Drink-Zero.com and enter your email in the newsletter sign-up box.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a FedEx tracking number once the order is shipped.
How does shipping work?
All orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in USA, using FedEx.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not shipped yet.

Once a shipping label is created and the package is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 5 days for unopened, factory-sealed items.

Can you hold my shipment until a later date?
We do not currently offer shipment holding services. Shipping begins automatically once processing is complete.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the United States.
The tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order.
Please check with household members or neighbors.
If you still cannot locate the package:

What should I do if my order is being returned?
If FedEx is returning the package due to an address issue or failed delivery attempts, contact us as soon as possible.
We can re-ship once it reaches our warehouse (reshipping fees may apply).
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address—please contact us immediately.
Once FedEx is in possession of the package, changes are not guaranteed.

We’ll resolve the issue based on your ShipZero™️ protection selection.
Can I have a different billing and shipping address?
Yes, Shopify allows separate billing and shipping details at checkout.

Where is the card security code (CVV)?
The CVV is the 3-digit number on the back of Visa/Mastercard or the 4-digit front code on American Express.
